John Albertson
President
John started this business in 1993 as a home inspection company. As the company evolved, he not only became a certified home inspector, but also received his certification in mold remediation and mold testing. His 30 years of experience makes him well-equipped to do most any job. John still to this day does a lot of our estimates for jobs.
Lisa Albertson
Vice President
Lisa handles all of the invoicing and customer service needs. She is a licensed NC Real Estate broker, so she is very familiar with due diligence processes and having a quick turnaround for clients. With her experience, we can relate to both buying and selling agents and provide great customer service!
Morgan Albertson Rice
Vice President of Operations
Morgan has a bachelor's degree in communication and is an experienced customer service professional. She handles most of the "behind the scenes" work for both corporate and local jobs, as well as invoicing and following up with estimates. She will ensure you have a positive experience with our company. She is also a licensed NC Real Estate Broker and loves assisting other brokers with their General Contracting needs.
Vicki Burgess
Office Manager/ Administrative Coordinator
Vicki has much experience with customer service and has worked in the Real Estate/ Construction field for most of her career. She works closely with Morgan to handle billing, approvals, work orders, and most of the "behind the scenes" work to make sure that customer's jobs get off to a great start.
Josh Shaw
Project Manager/ Estimator
Josh has a great deal of experience in the construction industry and strives to have complete customer satisfaction. He coordinates with our teams to minimize any downtime between trades on larger projects. He ensures that projects are moving along as planned and communicates with customers on their project timeline.
